Chris has served as a neutral in over 150 mediations and arbitrations, bringing over 3 decades of trial experience to the table, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases.
MEDIATION
Chris has conducted scores of mediations as a neutral. As a lawyer, he also represented clients in hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences. His extensive mediation and trial experience enable him to settle very complex cases with multiple parties. His creativity and a ‘stick-to-it’ attitude lead to a high percentage of successful settlements.
ARBITRATION
Chris has served as an arbitrator for over 20 years and understands litigation. He lets lawyers try their cases, recognizing that every trial or arbitration is a learning experience. Most importantly, Chris makes reasoned decisions based on the law and the facts. His extensive trial experience before juries, judges, and arbitrators result in sound and fair proceedings.
